Servers

Deliver warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service while guiding guests through the Nixtamal experience. Ideal candidates are personable, detail-oriented, and confident on the floor.

Hosts / Hostesses

Be the first and last impression. Hosts help set the tone for service, manage flow, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and cared for.

Bartenders

Craft cocktails and beverages with precision and hospitality. Bartenders should be comfortable in a high-energy environment while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and guest engagement.

Barbacks

Support the bar team by keeping everything stocked, clean, and running smoothly. A great role for someone who moves fast, anticipates needs, and takes pride in behind-the-scenes excellence.
